 Conference Dinner

The VARE 2015 Conference Dinner will take place in the evening of Friday 20th November 2015. Extra tickets can be purchased at a cost of $ 50 usd , through the online conference registration.

The conference fee of the author includes:

• Publication of the accepted paper(s) in Procedia Computer Science Journal (Elsevier) (ISSN: 1877-0509) and will be indexed Science Direct, Engineering Index, Scopus and Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).
• Proceeding USB.
• The Abstracts book publication on the Conference CD with a different ISBN
• Attendance to all the main track conference sessions
• All coffee breaks;
• Certificate of attendance; 
• Gala dinner.

 Participants:

Students:

• Student registration is for attendance to all main track conference sesions.
• All coffee breaks;

Other Payments:

• Extra pages - the main registration justifies publication of one paper up to 10 pages. For more than 10 pages, there exists an extra fee $25 usd/per page;
• Extra paper - $60 usd for each additional paper. The additional fee justifies publication of an additional paper up to 10 pages. For more than 10 pages, there exists an extra fee $25 usd/per page;

If you have pre-registered and cannot attend the conference, you must send us a written notice of your cancellation and request for refund. The date of cancellation shall be the date the written request is received by the conference secretariat:

Cancellation Fees

1. Before October 23rd, 2015: 80% refund.
2. Between October 23th-November 10th, 2015: 50% refund.
3. After November 10th, 2015: no refund.
